This was all while managing the delivery, sales, and financial reports for the company as well as creating a refreshing culture for his employees that was both exciting and empowering.
Now, enter Hylaine. It’s a company that combines all of Adam’s success in the technology world with his unique perspective of the client’s world.
Even with all the responsibilities that come with starting his own company, Adam still finds time to have fun. He spends a good bit of his free time in basketball gyms and on soccer fields with his daughters, experiencing all the culinary treasures Charlotte has to offer with his wife, attending as many sporting events as possible, and seeing the world with his family.

Ryan McElroy is the Director of Architecture at Hylaine whose love for software programming comes close to the adoration he has for his wife Marilyn and their two pups: Emma and Riley. His heart is also split between the Big 12 and the SEC as he’s an alumni of both Kansas State University (KSU) and Auburn University (AU).
Before Ryan ever stepped foot on a college campus, he spent several years providing computer, website, and network services to clients. His first Java class at KSU would be the moment that solidified his love for programming and eventually bring him to change his major to Software Engineering. Ryan built on his classwork by also becoming the lead student trainer at the InfoTech CTR Department servicing and maintaining more than 60 technology classrooms across campus.
After transferring to and graduating from Auburn University, Ryan launched into a career with CTS, Inc. There, he worked closely with Adam's team to build solutions for nearly every type of software project under the sun. Ryan also had a stint at SentryOne as a software engineer, where he helped to revolutionize development processes and scale across teams.
If you’re thinking Ryan is all tech brain with no cool factor…think again. He’s a flame-throwing, target-shooting, whiskey-loving, amateur car repairman who can hold his breath for an entire two minutes. (And those are just a few of the highlights. You’ll have to ask him for more.) Whether it's building Software projects or anything else, Ryan is always ready for his next adventure.

Allison creates excitement and understanding around metrics, connecting each team member's contributions to the success and stability of Hylaine and its clients.
After discovering an interest in accounting in a high school business class, Allison graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. As the Director of Accounting and Financial Strategy at NetVentures Corporation and then the Chief Financial Officer of the YMCA of Virginia’s Blue Ridge, Allison led thriving, high growth companies. Whether it’s launching a software product or starting a networking group for CFOs, Allison loves to learn and try new things. She deeply believes in culture as a strategy and that there’s always a way to be more efficient or effective.
When she’s not crunching numbers, you will find Allison with her husband and two children enjoying the beautiful outdoors by hiking, boating, or spending the afternoon at a local vineyard. She’s an avid reader and a passable baker. Allison is physically incapable of staying off of a dance floor, and knows from experience that three rescue dogs is one too many.
