    Hylaine covers Team Member’s monthly premium for majority of plans, resulting in a $0 monthly cost

    Team Members are responsible for covering the cost of dependents which varies per plan

  • Dental and Vision insurance is provided through metLife

    Hylaine covers Team Member’s monthly premium, resulting in a $0 monthly cost for all dependents

  • Hylaine offers both Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Savings Accounts through ThrivePass

    Hylaine contributes $250 per quarter to an employee’s HSA

  • Team Members are eligible to participate in Hylaine’s 401K after 90 days of employment

    Hylaine will match 100% on the first 3%; followed by a 50% match of the amount exceeding the 3% and maxing out at a 4% match

    Hyaline’s 401K is a Safe Harbor Employe Matching, meaning it is 100% vested from day one

  • Hylaine pays 100% coverage for your Short-Term disability benefit through SunLife

    Short term disability will replace 60% of your total weekly earnings, up to $1,000 each week

  • After seven (7) years of employment, Hylaine offers all full-time Team Members the opportunity for a 4-week paid sabbatical
