Delivery Management is a differentiated service offering Hylaine offers to enterprise clients who desire mature management of internal IT projects. Hylaine provides scalable project management capabilities to the clients by providing capable, senior project managers who possess the right experience to successfully navigate the client environments. With flexible contracting models, Hylaine can quickly identify and onboard team members within 2-3 weeks, without waiting on typical procurement processes that may take several weeks or months.

Hylaine supports this Delivery Management Model with “low touch” onboarding of our consultants. Depending on each client's environment and onboarding policies, Hylaine can complete the logistical onboarding (client user credentials, email, accounts, access, hardware, etc.) and leverages internally developed onboarding playbooks to onboard new consultants to the client methodologies, systems, templates, and governance. Existing clients have shared feedback that Hylaine project managers are up to speed faster than consultants from other firms

Hylaine supports Delivery Management teams with a program manager who provides additional coaching, mentoring, and deliverable review on our side to ensure consistent quality of delivery across all projects.
