Hylaine Wins Award Reflecting its Commitment to Culture and Employees

The award identifies the region's top companies in four categories by size and is based entirely on anonymous survey responses from employees about their workplace and its culture. A total of 75 companies where selected as finalists for Best Places to Work and Hylaine was ranked #1 in the medium business size category.

"We have always understood the importance of happy employees and have worked hard to cultivate a TRUST culture that attracts and retains top talent," said CEO Adam Boitnott. "We are proud to receive this recognition, especially during a year that has been challenging for businesses everywhere. Our employees are our greatest asset and we have remained focused on providing an environment of positive thinking and high morale."

Founded on the principles of TRUST (Transparent, Results Focused, Upbeat, Solicit Feedback, Thankful), Hylaine's leadership and employee engagement teams place significant emphasis on cultivating a strong culture and collaborative work environment that drives innovation and connection.

"At the end of the day, the client is going to feel how our teammates make them feel," Boitnott said in a recent interview with the Charlotte Business Journal. "There are always going to be those hurdles to jump over. If you work with someone day in and day out that wears you out because they are negative, they are not going to be a client very long."
